Archbishop Viganò: Bergoglio Saying ‘All Religions Are A Path To God’ Is Apostasy!!!

I'll post a brief article written by Archbishop Vigano; from lifesitenews.com.

Please read and heed!

SubheadingResponding to Francis' statement that 'all religions' lead to God, Archbishop Viganò remarked that the 'ungodly' claim 'deceives' people 'into believing that it is possible to be saved without recognizing that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.'

Editor’s note: The following statement has been taken from an X post by Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò originally published on September 13, 2024.

"(LifeSiteNews) — “I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” (John 14:6)

(My emphasis.)

Bergoglio, with his ungodly statements addressed to young people in Singapore that “all religions are a path to God,” offends the Majesty of God, betrays Divine Revelation, tramples on the principal Mysteries of our Faith and nullifies the redeeming Sacrifice of the Son of God, Our Lord Jesus Christ.

His lying words are particularly insidious because they are addressed to the new generations, whom Bergoglio deceives into believing that it is possible to be saved without recognizing that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, the Only Savior, and that His Church is the only ark of salvation. I am the door (Jn. 10:9) said Our Lord of Himself. To deny this truth is to apostatize from the Faith and to trample on the Cross. To do so from the highest Threshold is a scandal of unprecedented gravity, surpassed only by the fearful or complicit silence of the majority of the Episcopate.

(My emphasis.)

The “passio Ecclesiæ” is accomplished in the betrayal of a usurped authority, of a new Sanhedrin equally apostate."

End of article...

Not only is this apostasy -- and heresy -- it is a massive scandal to faithful Catholics and those outside the church considering coming into the one ark of salvation: the true Catholic Church, not the imposter novus ordo "church"!

Pope Benedict XVI Directly Refutes And Condemns The Heresy Of Francis!

"(LifeSiteNews) — Bishop Joseph Strickland has warned that denying Christ as the “only way to God” is a rejection of Catholicism and “is called heresy.”

Posting a short message on X/Twitter on Friday, Tyler’s emeritus Bishop Joseph Strickland gave what appears to be a public response to Pope Francis’ controversial comments earlier in the day about religious authenticity.

“This is what the Catholic Church teaches regarding the unicity of Jesus Christ,” wrote Strickland, linking to the Vatican’s August 2000 document Dominus Jesus.

“The only way to God the Father is through His Son Jesus Christ,” continued Strickland. “To deny this is to deny the Catholic faith, this is called heresy.”

“Please pray for Pope Francis to clearly state that Jesus Christ is the only Way. To deny this is to deny Him. If we deny Christ, He will deny us, He cannot deny Himself,” wrote Strickland in another social media post.

His comments come by way of a response to remarks made by Pope Francis in Singapore many hours earlier, when addressing an inter-religious group of young people.

Focusing on Singapore’s widely varied faith culture, Francis urged that no religion be given priority but that individuals instead focus on parity between beliefs:

If we start to fight amongst ourselves and say “my religion is more important than yours, my religion is true, yours is not,” where will that lead us? Where?

It’s okay to discuss [between religions].

Continuing, Francis declared that each religion is a means to attain God, stating:

Every religion is a way to arrive at God. There are different languages to arrive at God, but God is God for all. And how is God God for all? We are all sons and daughters of God. But my god is more important than your god, is that true?

There is only one God and each of us has a language to arrive at God. Sikh, Muslim, Hindu, Christian, they are different paths.

His remarks have caused instant and widespread consternation.

“This is explicitly the heresy of religious indifferentism,” wrote Deacon Nick Donnelly, a well known Catholic commentator and catechist from the U.K. “Jorge Mario Bergoglio has so often repeated this heresy that he is in a state of formal heresy,” he added.

“How is this not an heretical statement?,” asked Dr. Thomas Carr, while fellow Dominican Father Lawrence Lew urged prayers for Francis and “for the fuller conversion of souls–beginning with my own–to the Truth who is Jesus Christ alone. For as St Peter said: ‘there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.’”

Francis’ comments appear to contradict the timeless teaching of the Catholic Church, which states that “The one true Church established by Christ is the Catholic Church.” {Baltimore Catechism Q. 152}

Catholic doctrine teaches that this fact is knowable since the Catholic Church alone has the four marks of being the true Church: one, holy, Catholic, and apostolic. As a result, the Church teaches that all souls must “belong” to the Church to be saved: “All are obliged to belong to the Catholic Church in order to be saved.” {Baltimore Catechism Q 166.}

Dominus Jesus, as highlighted by Strickland, confirms this teaching and condemns the idea that there is some official means of salvation outside of the Catholic Church:

Furthermore, to justify the universality of Christian salvation as well as the fact of religious pluralism, it has been proposed that there is an economy of the eternal Word that is valid also outside the Church and is unrelated to her, in addition to an economy of the incarnate Word. The first would have a greater universal value than the second, which is limited to Christians, though God’s presence would be more full in the second.

These theses are in profound conflict with the Christian faith. The doctrine of faith must be firmly believed which proclaims that Jesus of Nazareth, son of Mary, and he alone, is the Son and the Word of the Father.

Pope Benedict XVI also commented on the growing trend in modern ecclesial circles to downplay the need to convert souls to Catholicism. Speaking in 2016, he opined:

If it is true that the great missionaries of the 16th century were still convinced that those who are not baptized are forever lost — and this explains their missionary commitment — in the Catholic Church after the Second Vatican Council that conviction was finally abandoned.

From this came a deep double crisis.

On the one hand this seems to remove any motivation for a future missionary commitment. Why should one try to convince the people to accept the Christian faith when they can be saved even without it?

But also for Christians an issue emerged: the obligatory nature of the faith and its way of life began to seem uncertain and problematic.

The late Benedict continued by directly condemning the theory proposed by Francis in Singapore today: “Even less acceptable is the solution proposed by the pluralistic theories of religion, for which all religions, each in their own way, would be ways of salvation and in this sense, in their effects must be considered equivalent.”

Horrendous FORMAL HERESY From Pope Bergoglio!!

I know we lay folk cannot "fire" the pope, but we can -- and we must! -- recognize and condemn formal heresy when we see and hear it.

If we don't, then we become betrayers of Christ just as Bergoglio has betrayed Our Lord!

I will post an article and a short video to show -- from the very mouth of Bergoglio -- a horrendous formal heresy: the denial of Christ, and what the true Catholic Church teaches based on Scripture and Tradition.

"SINGAPORE (LifeSiteNews) — Pope Francis today told young people of different faiths that “every religion is a way to arrive at God.”

Addressing an inter-religious meeting of young people in Singapore just before departing for his return flight to Rome, Pope Francis turned to one of the central themes of his pontificate – inter-religious dialogue.

“One of the things that struck me about all of you here is your ability to engage in inter-religious dialogue, and this is very important,” he told the crowd, assembled in Singapore’s Catholic Junior College.

Notwithstanding any comments to the contrary, the Catholic Church has consistently and clearly taught that it is the only true Church, the Body of Christ (Eph 1:22), and it exercises the charge given by Christ to spread the Gospel to all nations and to bring souls into the Church (Mark 16).

‘Every religion’ reaches God

Leaving aside his prepared speech and speaking without a script {transcript subsequently published here}, Francis instead spoke chiefly on dialogue between religions, having just taken questions from a Catholic, a Sikh, and a Hindu.

The meeting’s widely varied mix of creeds represents Singapore’s status as one of the most diverse religious nations in the world. Focusing on this, Francis urged that no religion be given priority but that individuals instead focus on parity between beliefs:

If we start to fight amongst ourselves and say “my religion is more important than yours, my religion is true, yours is not,” where will that lead us? Where?

It’s okay to discuss [between religions].

Continuing, the Pope declared that each religion is a means to attain God, stating:

Every religion is a way to arrive at God. There are different languages to arrive at God, but God is God for all. And how is God God for all? We are all sons and daughters of God. But my god is more important than your god, is that true?

There is only one God and each of us has a language to arrive at God. Sikh, Muslim, Hindu, Christian, they are different paths.

Courage to pursue religious harmony

Francis also dedicated time warning of the dangers of “bullying” and urging young people to have “courage” to move forward in inter-religious dialogue.

In order to have inter-religious dialogue between youth it takes courage, because youth is really the time when there is courage in our lives. But you can also have this courage and use it for things that really don’t help you, or you can use that courage to move forward and engage in dialogue.

Engaging in a discussion with the selected young people on the stage about the evils of bullying, Francis urged that to “move past” differences “helps with inter-religious dialogue.”

“You can build and move forward with inter-religious dialogue when you respect each other, and this is very important.”

READ: Bishop Schneider: There is no divine positive will or natural right to the diversity of religions

He encouraged them to build a “safe space” where they could discuss their differences without fear of bullying. “Because dialogue is something that creates a path, a way,” Francis said.

He closed the meeting by calling on all present to “pray for each other” in silence. The Pope did not give a formal blessing – echoing his actions in Indonesia – but instead vocally called for God’s blessings on those present:

Let’s pray for each other … May God bless all of us. And as time passes and you become older, especially as you become grandparents, pass this on to the children and grandchildren.

God bless you and pray for me, but pray in favor, not against [me].

Following the conclusion of Francis’ comments, the young people assembled made an inter-religious pledge, committing to promote religious dialogue and harmony:

We the future generation pledge to be a beacon of unity and hope by promoting cooperation and friendships that nurture the harmonious co-existence between people of diverse beliefs.

Speaking to a similar inter-religious gathering of youth in Indonesia only last week, Francis said “Here, you are from diverse religions, but we have only one God, He is only one.”

Catholicism and salvation

Pope Francis has made numerous inter-religious statements and collaborated in formal documents on the matter – notably the controversial 2019 Abu Dhabi document and the Istiqlal Declaration, signed just days ago in Indonesia. The Abu Dhabi text has been described as seeking to “overturn the doctrine of the Gospel” due to its promotion of equality of religions in a form of “fraternity.”

However, the much-loved and widely respected approved catechism, the Baltimore Catechism, reminds readers simply that “The one true Church established by Christ is the Catholic Church.” {Q. 152}

Catholic doctrine teaches that this fact is knowable since the Catholic Church alone has the four marks of being the true Church: one, holy, Catholic, and apostolic.

As a result, the Church teaches that all souls must “belong” to the Church to be saved: “All are obliged to belong to the Catholic Church in order to be saved.” {Baltimore Catechism Q 166.}

This teaching of “Extra Ecclesiam nulla salus” (no salvation outside the Church), has been increasingly rejected by modernizing activists in recent years, yet remains valid and unchanging in the Church’s teaching.

Pope Leo XII pronounced it clearly in his 1824 encyclical letter Ubi Primum:

It is impossible for the most true God, who is Truth Itself, the best, the wisest Provider, and the Rewarder of good men, to approve all sects who profess false teachings which are often inconsistent with one another and contradictory, and to confer eternal rewards on their members. For we have a surer word of the prophet, and in writing to you We speak wisdom among the perfect; not the wisdom of this world but the wisdom of God in a mystery.

By it we are taught, and by divine faith we hold one Lord, one faith, one baptism, and that no other name under heaven is given to men except the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth in which we must be saved. This is why we profess that there is no salvation outside the Church.

The Vatican’s 1949 decree from the Holy Office instructed bishops charged with promoting true ecumenism to draw souls to the Church, and that they must always teach the fullness of the Church’s priority:

By no means is it permitted to pass over in silence or to veil in ambiguous terms the Catholic truth regarding the nature and way of justification, the constitution of the Church, the primacy of jurisdiction of the Roman Pontiff, and the only true union by the return of the dissidents to the one true Church of Christ.

The Catholic Church notes that it is possible for those remaining outside the Church “through no grave fault of their own” and who are somehow unaware that the Church is the true Church, to still be saved “by making use of the graces which God gives them.” However, salvation in these cases of “invincible ignorance” is not found through other churches, but is through the Catholic Church as the channel of grace, as taught by St. Thomas Aquinas.

End of article...

Please excuse this last paragraph of modernist baloney!  Think about it: how does someone remaining outside the Church get Original Sin absolved from their soul??  Remember, by its nature, Original Sin is mortal -- and anyone with "just" Original Sin on their soul cannot enter the Kingdom of Heaven, period!

Why Do Non-Believing Modernists Hate The Latin Mass???

The answer is in the question.

Modernists are non-believers!

They despise the traditional Latin Mass because it is one of the last -- or the last -- bulwark against their diabolical agenda to impose a "religion" made in the image and likeness of man, serving not our dear Lord, but the ape of the church, Satan and his rotten, damned minions.

As each day passes, we have additional evidence to prove this fact of spiritual life with attacks on those faithful Catholics attending the Mass of the ages -- the Mass that inspired the Saints and Martyrs to profess Christ at the risk of their own earthly lives...

What could possibly be his reasons for this unjust, diabolical decision??

Here is a prime example of a modernist "archbishop" hell-bent on depriving a thriving TLM community of their traditional rite of Mass.

From lifesitenews.com and written by Emily Mangiaracina

St. Louis parishioners appeal Latin Mass cancellation, parish closure to Vatican’s highest court - LifeSite (lifesitenews.com)

"(LifeSiteNews) — Parishioners in the Archdiocese of St. Louis appealed to the Vatican’s highest court of canon law to stop the archbishop’s closure of a parish church with a thriving Latin Mass community.

St. Barnabas in O’Fallon, Missouri, on the outskirts of metropolitan St. Louis, was a flourishing parish that exclusively offered the Traditional Latin Mass (TLM) when it was closed last year by the decree of Archbishop Mitchell Rozanski. Despite zero debt and a “vital and growing” community by the Vatican’s own admission, the parish was slated for closure among 33 others in the archdiocese as part of a severe downsizing project titled “All Things New.”

These closures prompted several appeals to the Vatican to keep open various targeted churches. However, the shuttering of St. Barnabas last year has come as a particularly heavy blow to its parishioners, who must now travel to traditional oratories 40 minutes away from their former parish in order to attend the TLM. Some of these parishioners have stopped attending the TLM altogether due to travel difficulties, such as the 89-year-old mother of parishioner Susan Cooke.

Jason Bolte, a former parishioner of St. Barnabas who is leading efforts to appeal the closure decision to the Vatican, told LifeSiteNews that to deprive Catholics of the Traditional Latin Mass is “like taking our food away.”

“The focus of canon law is the salvation of souls,” said Bolte, noting that to further this end, the Catholic Church spiritually feeds her flock “the way they need to be fed.” Therefore, abolishing a TLM is akin to “starving” Catholic souls.

“We can’t eat anymore. So now you’re starving us and you’re depriving us of what we need to be able to further our faith and our relationship with God,” Bolte said.

He explained that after Archbishop Rozanski had denied the parishioners’ initial appeal against the closure of St. Barnabas, they had recourse to the Vatican’s Dicastery for the Clergy. However, in June, they learned that the Dicastery had rejected their appeal as well. According to the Vatican body’s decision, a copy of which has been viewed by LifeSiteNews, per Pope Francis’ TLM-suppressing motu proprio Traditionis Custodes, “the continuation of the celebration of the Missal of 1962 at a parish church was not permitted.”

Therefore, in order to comply with this “superior norm,” the TLM at St. Barnabas would need to be suppressed, regardless of whether it was “extinctively merged” with another parish or not.

Furthermore, despite the Dicastery’s agreement that St. Barnabas was a “vital and growing” parish, the Vatican body considered this irrelevant to considerations justifying its continued operation since “the growth of the Parish was due almost entirely to the celebration of the Missal of 1962.”

Bolte maintains that both Traditionis Custodes and the Vatican’s application of the document with regard to St. Barnabas contradict the spirit of canon law by disregarding the salvation of souls.

“The very last piece of canon law basically states that the salvation of souls supersedes any one of these other canons,” Bolte told LifeSiteNews, referring to Canon 1752, which states that “the salvation of souls, which must always be the supreme law in the Church, is to be kept before one’s eyes.”

The restriction of the Latin Mass, in opposition to this end, “translates to the loss of souls because it upsets people to the point that they just leave,” Bolte noted. “And that doesn’t keep the salvation of souls at the forefront of all of this.”

“I don’t understand why any bishop would want to eliminate the Tridentine Mass altogether unless they’re truly against the traditional rite, in which case, why is that?” said Bolte, pointing out that its usage spans the greater part of the history of the Church.

Bolte is co-founder along with Brody Hale of Save Rome of the West, a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of Catholic sacred spaces, which have been increasingly under threat in recent decades across the globe. The organization was inspired by the closure of St. Barnabas, according to Bolte."

End of article...

Note this from the article: "...the parish was slated for closure among 33 others in the archdiocese as part of a severe downsizing project titled “All Things New.”

Why the closings?

Because the novus ordo is dying on the vine ("making all things new"?), and "Catholic" women of childbearing age are contracepting and aborting just as the heathens engage in child prevention -- and child sacrifice to the demon.

Pray for the defeat of these modernist monsters and for strength and honor!

"9/11" Revisited -- Again!

Twenty-three years ago, nearly 3,000 Americans were sacrificed to solidify the establishment of the new-world-order, as announced by George H.W. Bush (Sr.), and carried out by George Bush (Jr.).

Now of course, he couldn't say that 3,000 innocent Americans died for the new world order, but if you look at the results of that "attack" on American soil, in essence, that's what has happened.

Even before the "attack," there was already legislation (the "Patriot Act") in the works -- to do what exactly??

To sacrifice our freedoms for "security"?

The answer is, yes.

We Americans were damn mad, and we wanted the culprit responsible for the twin towers coming down in lower Manhattan!

We wanted them (him) at all costs.

And after twenty years of dead and maimed soldiers, the "mastermind" of the "attack" was supposedly killed by one of our Seal Teams.

I say supposedly...

There are reports that Bin Laden died somewhere around the latter part of 2001, some say that's nonsense.

Who's right??

One thing to consider, are the photographs of Bin Laden after 2001, then compare them to the early photos and see if they are the same, or two different people.

The latter photos show a "boxer's nose" -- flattened, as if he just 20 rounds with George Foreman!

(Remember we recently saw "president" Biden step out of the White House walking up to say a few words?  Biden was about 6 or 7 inches taller and walked normally!  We all know that was not Biden, but he sure had a perfect face mask, designed by those at the CIA. Yes, there is a department at the CIA that produce master disguises.)

If I'm not mistaken, recently, another "mastermind," who was being held in Guantanamo prison (Cuba), "confessed" to being the head guy in charge of the "9/11" "attack."

Have you ever seen a photo of that guy?

He looks as though he was just put through a meat grinder!

If you were, wouldn't you confess -- to anything??

So, who was it: Bin Laden, or???

Bottom line: the Godless globalist elites want to control our lives and our ability to worship our good God; stomp out the true Catholic Church and establish a religion of man using the template of Marxist communism, the tenets of the French Revolution -- including Freemasonry.

There is one more element to this equation: the weak and compromised novus order (new order) church.  They too, know exactly what they are doing, including the ongoing attempt to wipe out traditional orders of monks, nuns, brothers and sisters -- and stifling the Traditional Latin Mass of the ages.  If they are successful, we will be forced into the catacombs and suffer at least a white martyrdom... And as Cardinal Burke recently stated, be ready, we may have to suffer a red martyrdom (his words)...

Stay in a state of grace at all costs!
