I have said this more than a few times: America is on the precipice of sinking totally into the infernal abyss of red-hot hell!
The article that I will post, will show that there are far too many life-hating, pro-abortion "judges" sitting in positions of power who wouldn't know justice if it were staring them in the face!
Get ready to get real angry -- justified anger, that is...
From lifesitenews.com and written by Antonino Cambria Fri Aug 8, 2025 - 3:45 pm EDT: Man avoids prison after viciously assaulting two elderly pro-lifers in Baltimore - LifeSite
"BALTIMORE (LifeSiteNews) — Patrick Brice, who was found guilty earlier this year of savagely beating two elderly pro-life activists in a May 2023 attack outside a Baltimore Planned Parenthood, was sentenced to home detention and probation Thursday, but notably won’t be required to spend a day behind bars.
On August 7, Baltimore City Circuit Judge Yvette M. Bryant sentenced Brice to just one year of home detention and three years of probation for brutally attacking pro-life sidewalk counselors Mark Crosby and Dick Schaefer, who were 73 and 80 respectively at the time, kicking Crosby in the face and leaving him with a permanent eye injury in broad daylight, per a Baltimore Banner report.
In February, a jury convicted Brice on two counts of second-degree assault and reckless endangerment for attacking the activists, but did not reach a verdict on the more serious charge of first-degree assault.
In a June bench trial, Judge Bryant acquitted Brice of the first-degree assault charges on the grounds that Crosby had “provoked” the defendant.
Patrick Brice, who was caught on video violently assaulting and beating two elderly pro-life advocates outside a Planned Parenthood to receive ZERO jail time.
Instead, he will only serve one year of home detention.
“Baltimore City is criminal-friendly. It’s not victim-friendly at all, especially if you’re a senior,” Crosby told the Daily Wire outside the courthouse. “Judges do not like pro-lifers. They don’t like us saving babies, I don’t know why.”
As LifeSiteNews previously reported, the pro-life advocates were brutally attacked while engaging in their sidewalk ministry outside the Planned Parenthood abortuary on North Howard Street in Baltimore.

Video of the attack released by Baltimore Police clearly shows the extreme violence of Brice’s attack on Crosby and Schaefer.
Brice, then 28 years old, can be seen rushing toward Schaefer, who had his back to him, tackling him across a large concrete planter and then to the ground. Crosby quickly came to Schaefer’s aid, at which point Brice knocked Crosby off his feet, sending him crashing onto the brick sidewalk. Brice next straddled Crosby to punch him in the face, before kicking him in the head and walking off.
While Schaefer reportedly recovered at home, Crosby previously told LifeSiteNews that he ended up spending three days in the University of Maryland hospital’s shock trauma unit following the attack for treatment of serious injuries to his skull and eye socket, as well as his knees and fingers. His right eye was blinded, and he suffered a concussion.
Crosby also told LifeSite that despite the pain he endured from the attack, “My shedding blood in front of Planned Parenthood for Jesus and the babies” has actually been “a gift to me.” The “millions of babies murdered” at Planned Parenthood over the years “have shed rivers of blood.”

The prosecution had asked Bryant for a 10-year prison sentence, urging the judge to send a message that attacking two older men in broad daylight on a Baltimore street for their religious or political views will not be tolerated. But Bryant, who also didn’t allow Crosby to show his wounded eye to the jury during the trial, opted to give Brice a “slap on the wrist.”
In addition to home confinement and probation, Brice will be required to complete anger management classes, undergo drug and alcohol screening, and take part in any recommended treatment, including virtually attending Alcoholics Anonymous or Narcotics Anonymous meetings.
In his victim impact statement, Crosby stressed the sheer brutality of the attack on two elderly men.
“We were in no position to defend ourselves,” Crosby wrote. “To treat elderly folks with that kind of brutality is shocking.”
Schaefer echoed those sentiments in his victim statement and emphasized to the court that, regardless of the sentencing outcome, he would return to the sidewalk outside the Planned Parenthood facility to defend the unborn.

End of very disturbing article!
