"(LifeSiteNews) — My friends, there’s huge breaking news just released this morning by our friends at the Lepanto Institute. Founder and president Michael Hichborn has been after this group called the Association of U.S. Catholic Priests (AUSCP).

This is a huge group that has major cardinals, archbishops, and bishops in the United States backing it, and he has just done a takedown on them like you will never see.

Let me give you the list of the bishops and cardinals who are involved. Hichborn has just exposed them as one of the most radical dissident groups, promoting the most dissident things you could ever imagine.

Before I continue, though, I want to say viewer discretion is advised, because they get into illicit sexuality in a way that’s just too graphic for everybody. So if there are young people watching, please do not watch this. For adults watching, just note viewer discretion advised.

At this conference, which Hichborn exposes, he got the audio from the meeting in which they positively describe masturbation, and it is just gross.

But let me first give you that list of cardinals and bishops who Hichborn is literally taking down with this audio:

Cardinal Blase Cupich (Chicago)
Cupich is a frequent attendee and presenter at the AUSCP’s annual assemblies, showing high-level episcopal support.

Cardinal Wilton Gregory (Washington, D.C.)
Gregory has also served as a speaker at AUSCP gatherings, adding his considerable prominence to the group’s visibility.

Cardinal Robert McElroy (Washington, D.C.)
The then-bishop of San Diego delivered a keynote address at the AUSCP assembly in 2018 and continues to participate in its meetings.

Bishop John Stowe, O.F.M. Conv. (Lexington)
Stowe is an actual member of the AUSCP, serving as retreat director for their 2024 annual assembly, indicating a deep level of involvement.

Archbishop John Wester (Santa Fe)
Wester currently serves as the AUSCP’s official liaison to the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB), a key formal connection between the organization and the American episcopal conference.

Archbishop Robert Carlson (St. Louis)
The archbishop celebrated multiple Masses for the AUSCP at their events, another form of liturgical and public endorsement.

Bishop John Hartmayer (Atlanta)
Hartmayer served as retreat leader at the 2017 AUSCP assembly when he was the bishop of Savannah, Georgia.

Bishop Richard Pates (Des Moines) and Bishop William Wack (Pensacola-Tallahassee)
Both bishops led and gave presentations at the 2021 AUSCP assembly.

I want to give you some highlights. First of all, one of the priests in the recording that Hichborn is making available talks positively about masturbation, known in the Catholic Church to be a mortal sin. This priest says, out loud at the meeting, that for him masturbation is a form of “prayer.”

And if that’s not bad enough, another priest and member of the AUSCP stands up and says not only is masturbating not wrong to do but it’s positive to do, because otherwise it would lead to suicide or maybe to become a mass shooter:

I did it, I believed it, I tried not to do that masturbation thing, even though I didn’t know quite what it was. It was leading me to suicide because there was no release.

And I think that might be what’s leading some of the males in our society to mass shootings, to other expressions of violence.

And now get this. So the main presenter, who gave a three-hour presentation at this meeting, is none other than theologian Father Ronald Holheiser. Holheiser is a professor and former president at the Oblate School of Theology in San Antonio, Texas, if you can believe it.

Hichborn exposes him as agreeing with this priest who said that masturbation is a positive thing and you could become a mass shooter otherwise. Listen to Michael’s explanation, and Fr. Holheiser himself caught on tape saying the heresy:

Psychologists say (to) imagine this: Imagine living in a building and you have a basement, a house, and every time you have something you don’t like, a piece of garbage, you just open the door and throw it down. Out of sight, out of mind – for a while. But then it’s going to ferment, it’s going to come up through the vents, and it may make for a mass shooter or for somebody with all kinds of stuff. See, so it’s going to snakebite you and weighs off on times that are not sexual at all.

It’s poisoning. It’s going to poison the air you’re breathing, it’s going to poison the psyche you’re trying to nurture. And so that’s why, you almost hate to see this public, sometimes masturbation is the better option.

Sooner that than get poisoned and be a mass shooter or (something) that it ruins your life in other ways.

And that, my friends, is why I tell you Hichborn is an incredible researcher. He’s a danger to the forces of evil, and therefore I’d ask you first to support the Lepanto Institute.

"The Trump administration is reportedly planning to phase out the COVID-19 vaccine, according to a report from the Daily Beast.

Dr. Aseem Malhotra, who is one of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s “closest associates,” told the outlet that while a decision to remove the COVID-19 vaccine from the market could come “within months,” it could occur “in a number of stages.” Malhotra also added that “those closest” to Kennedy have reportedly expressed that they “cannot understand” why the COVID-19 vaccine “continues to be prescribed.”

“It could [happen] in a number of stages, including learning more about the data,” Malhotra, who is a British cardiologist, told the outlet. “But given the increased talk of vaccine injuries in the past few weeks among the administration, it could also come with one clean decision.”

Malhotra also noted that “skepticism among Kennedy’s circle” regarding the COVID-19 vaccine comes from a 2022 peer-review paper, which “examined secondary analysis of ‘serious adverse events reported in … clinical trials of Pfizer and Moderna mRNA COVID-19 vaccines in adults'”:

Malhotra said skepticism among Kennedy’s circle of the COVID-19 jab is driven by a 2022 paper by a group of physicians and university professors and researchers, which appeared in the journal Vaccine.

The peer-reviewed paper examined secondary analysis of “serious adverse events reported in … clinical trials of Pfizer and Moderna mRNA COVID-19 vaccines in adults,” and said that those given the mRNA vaccines had a 16 percent higher risk of “excess serious adverse events” than those in the placebo group.

Breitbart News’s Alana Mastrangelo reported at the beginning of August that Kennedy announced the HHS would be “canceling mRNA vaccine development investments and contracts.”

Kennedy explained that there was an HHS division called the “Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority,” otherwise known as BARDA. Kennedy added that BARDA, which is responsible for some of the “most advanced scientific research,” recently “reviewed 22 mRNA vaccine development investments, and began canceling them.”

The Lies Of "Covid" Revisited: And GOVERNMENT Misinformation

 If you value and love your freedom, you -- and I -- cannot let the tyranny of the so-called "covid pandemic" -- or any real pandemic -- take hold and strangle the American people ever again, period, end of story!

The following article from americanthinker.com and written by Brian C. Joondeph, M.D. COVID Government Misinformation and Childhood Vaccination Rates - American Thinker will illustrate the results of the fear mongering, control and detestable mandates imposed by government bureaucrats.

"Recent data reveal a startling decline in childhood vaccination rates, with kindergarten coverage now dropping to about 92 %, far below the 95 % threshold needed for herd immunity. 

Exemptions have increased to 3.6% nationwide, and more than half the states experienced declines in coverage for MMR, DTaP, polio, and varicella for the 2024-25 school year. Meanwhile, measles cases have reached a 33-year high, along with a disturbing rise in whooping cough cases, more than doubling in 2025 compared to the previous year.

Why are parents becoming more skeptical of routine childhood vaccinations?

The core reason is trust, with trust eroding so deeply that it may become permanent.

That erosion directly results from government actions, missteps, and malevolence during the COVID era. Health authorities at the local, state, and national levels imposed mandates and restrictions on a whim, based on political rather than medical science. They broadcast a cascade of contradictory messages that shattered the public’s faith in health institutions. Let’s review some of these failures.

First, masks, mandates, and COVID origins. These were the initial cracks in the foundational credibility of medical institutions.

The sudden implementation of lockdowns, the flip-flopping on mask effectiveness during the pandemic, and the insistence on mandates created an environment where government directives felt coercive and punitive rather than consultative and altruistic. 

Americans who were told that lockdowns were only temporary (remember “15 days to slow the spread”) and then saw those same lockdowns extended multiple times felt proud to comply.

However, much of the public grew increasingly uneasy as scientific explanations kept changing week after week. That growing unease planted doubt, even among those who initially followed orders, which spread beyond just the immediate COVID pandemic.

Liquor stores and strip clubs could stay open, but churches and schools could not. Big Box stores stayed open while small businesses closed. Going into a building without a mask was a super spreader event, while marching with thousands of unmasked protesters was considered safe.

Second, confusion about COVID vaccines with declining confidence in government proclamations. Starting with the jabs. Despite initial hopes, vaccine messaging remained unclear, including claims about efficacy, mandates, and the need for boosters upon boosters.

We were told that if we took the experimental gene therapy (vaccine), we would neither catch nor spread COVID. President Biden promised (lied), “You’re not going to get COVID if you have these vaccinations.”

Yet, we saw our fully vaccinated friends and family repeatedly get COVID.

A Cleveland Clinic study confirmed that more vaccine doses were linked to a higher rate of COVID infection.

Parents watched as health agencies revised their safety statements. Talk of long-term adverse effects, including myocarditis, blood clots, and aggressive cancers, was initially dismissed, only to be quietly investigated and confirmed. 

Meanwhile, the VAERS system was misused in public forums to tally raw adverse event reports without proper context, fueling fears instead of easing them. This fostered an environment of understandable parental hesitation that went beyond COVID shots to include routine childhood immunizations.

Third was the misinformation feedback loop and the government’s woefully inadequate response.

While many blame social media disinformation, it’s important to see that misinformation thrived where institutional trust had fallen. Nature abhors a vacuum. Health authority statements, echoed by a pharmaceutical-supported corporate media, created the gap that social media and independent journalists stepped into.

Social media’s echo chambers amplified anti-vaccine stories. Many tales and conspiracy theories, some used as clickbait and others proven true, eroded trust in the “official narrative”.

Physicians and scientists questioning the new situational science were threatened with losing their jobs or licenses, just as I was in the early COVID days.

Yet the government's approach remained reactive, debunking rumors instead of building trust, and repeating talking points rather than acknowledging uncertainty. In many communities, especially rural or lower-income areas, access to trusted local medical voices was already limited, and pandemic-era messaging only widened that gap.

Fourth was the spillover effect. COVID-era distrust has now permeated the entire healthcare system.

The decline in childhood vaccinations indicates a broader loss of trust. Coverage for essential vaccines has dropped below 93%, down from nearly 95% before the pandemic. Pediatricians report that parents are increasingly questioning long-standing immunizations. The hesitant are not only refusing COVID shots but also rethinking traditional pediatric health practices.

There is increasing and credible questioning of a possible link or cause-and-effect relationship between vaccines, their ingredients, and autism. With more anecdotal stories coming to light and long-overdue attention from current HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., victims and their families are finally being heard, rather than dismissed as kooks.

This distrust isn’t unfounded. If the government lied to us about COVID, how can we trust them on measles or polio? This isn’t the government’s first rodeo with misinformation. Think of Tuskegee, thalidomide, opioids, and the food pyramid, to name a few examples.

The blame isn't on concerned parents, but on public health officials who lost their credibility. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

Fifth, the way forward involves rebuilding trust through transparency and local engagement. Trust is easy to lose and hard to regain. Ask a betrayed friend, a cheated-on spouse, or a scammed business partner.

How do we begin reversing this crisis? The answer is transparency, not coercion. Honesty, not more deception. Accountability, not excuses or blame.

Begin by acknowledging the mistakes. Health agencies should accept responsibility for their errors during COVID, such as shifting guidance, unclear enforcement, and dismissing legitimate concerns about side effects and injuries.

Promote messaging through trusted community voices. Parents depend more on their pediatricians, local clinics, and churches than on faceless federal agencies and self-proclaimed experts like Drs. Anthony Fauci and Deborah Birx. Empower these local voices.

Differentiate routine vaccinations from pandemic policies. Focus on evidence instead of mandates. Present the scientific rationale and accept skepticism rather than punishing it. 

Clearly describe the development, testing, and approval stages for traditional vaccines without hiding information or giving blanket immunity to those who cause harm.

Focus on shared values. For concerned parents, protecting children, preserving freedom of choice, and community responsibility are strong themes. Campaigns should highlight these values instead of technocratic directives and illogical mandates.

Rebuilding trust in vaccination is achievable but fragile. It demands acknowledging past errors and placing patients' needs above those of government officials, media outlets, and pharmaceutical companies.

The data is concerning but not surprising. Lower vaccine coverage, increasing exemptions, and rising cases of measles and whooping cough put thousands of vulnerable children at risk. 

However, the decline isn’t caused by stubborn anti-science radicals. It’s driven by everyday parents who have seen authority become arbitrary, leading to injuries and deaths, and who are told their observations are not real.

If authorities want vaccination rates to rise again, they must stop talking down and start listening. Regaining trust is hard but not impossible. Health agencies need to acknowledge their role in fueling skepticism and commit to humility, transparency, and partnering with local communities.

Until then, the echoes of COVID misinformation will continue to undermine trust in the public health agencies we might rely on during a real pandemic."

"(LifeSiteNews) — After receiving a formal welcome from the cardinal archbishop of Madrid, a dissident LGBT Catholic conference told participants that “LGBTI rights are human rights” that “any Christian” should defend.

The Global Network of Rainbow Catholics (GNRC) is currently holding its annual meeting in Madrid after having received a welcome from the Archdiocese of Madrid last month.

One of the organizing bodies responsible for the conference was welcomed by Madrid Cardinal Jose Cobo Cano before the event, after which it stated that “we have shared with him the joy of co-organizing the next GNRC World Assembly and taken the opportunity to strengthen ties. … We continue to build bridges towards a more inclusive Church.”

The GNRC serves as an umbrella organization for LGBT groups worldwide, with some of its member groups – such as New Ways Ministry or DignityUSA – perhaps better known than the GNRC itself.

Addressing conference attendees this week, the joint presidents of the group reportedly stated, “LGTBI rights are human rights and any Christian should understand, and defend, that.”

GNRC’s two co-presidents are Marianne Duddy-Burke and Christopher Vella, both of whom are in separate same-sex relationships.

Although the group identifies as a Catholic umbrella organization, it and its daughter groups advocate for ideologies that contradict Catholic teaching.

Pushing for the acceptance of LGBT issues, GRNC writes that “we foster a culture of equal rights and acceptance. We promote the equality of women in the Catholic Church.”

The two leaders encouraged attendees to continue “on a path of openness, a path of Gospel, a path of justice.”

This year’s conference also has an ecumenical focus, according to local news reports. “The group, increasingly, tends to bring together different Christian sensibilities, not just Catholic ones,” Religion Digital wrote.

Part of the featured lineup of speakers is James Alison, an openly homosexual priest hailed in LGBT circles for his life of opposing the Church’s teaching on homosexuality. Ordained as a priest, Alison lobbied the Vatican for many years to be relieved of his clerical celibacy, arguing that he joined the priesthood based on a false acceptance of the Church’s teaching on homosexuality.

The openly homosexual priest received a letter from the Congregation for Clergy around 2010 in which he was informed of his eventual laicization after refusing to cooperate in previous attempts to laicize him. Angered by this decision, he wrote to Pope Francis, requesting to ignore the Congregation’s decision. Francis subsequently called Alison in 2017, appearing to give his approval to the homosexual priest, saying, “I want you to walk with deep interior freedom, following the Spirit of Jesus. And I give you the power of the keys. Do you understand? I give you the power of the keys.”

The Catholic Church does not exclude any individual but does call her members to adhere to certain requirements, moral standards and beliefs. The Church teaches that “homosexual acts are intrinsically disordered” and “contrary to the natural law.”

The Catechism is very clear that although temptations to homosexual activity are not sinful in themselves, the activity can never be approved, and repeats that “(h)omosexual persons are called to chastity.”

The Vatican’s 1986 document “On the pastoral care of homosexual persons” stated that a “truly pastoral approach will appreciate the need for homosexual persons to avoid the near occasions of sin.” The doctrinal office also noted that though homosexual inclinations were not sinful in themselves, such an inclination would be “a more or less strong tendency ordered toward an intrinsic moral evil; and thus the inclination itself must be seen as an objective disorder.”

However, confusion about the teaching was further promulgated by Pope Francis during his pontificate, especially when meeting with GNRC leaders and encouraging them in their efforts.

Conference attendees will remain on site at the event until August 25."

Costco Comes Clean

The Costco announcement comes after pro-life shareholders put pressure on the popular wholesaler and more than six thousand Costco members signed a petition asking them to stop selling the death drug. Costco told Bloomberg News that their decision was due to a lack of demand for the drug.

Their public statement doesn’t matter. What’s important is that the giant wholesaler is no longer an instrument of death.

Sadly, Walgreens and CVS, America’s two largest pharmacy chains lack an understanding that their role is to dispense prescriptions that nurture and heal human life. Instead, they are participating in the direct and intentional killing of preborn children.“CVS Health® has a long history of supporting and advancing women’s health…This includes providing access to safe, legal, and evidence-based reproductive health services…”
“Walgreens remains committed to providing access to women’s reproductive health through education, medical services and filling FDA approved medications.”

Both of these drug conglomerates operate under the mistaken notion that abortion is healthcare. It’s time we told them.

Conservative investment groups, under the leadership of Inspire Investing have also engaged with network pharmacies, cautioning them that partnering with the abortion industry is a net negative for business. The Costco victory has emboldened them to build on this momentum as they tackle the two largest pharmacy networks.

The pro-life movement must prioritize discouraging Walgreens and CVS from selling a drug with the sole purpose of stopping the hearts of helpless unborn babies.

"NOTRE DAME, Indiana (LifeSiteNews) — The University of Notre Dame renamed its Center for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) to the Sister Thea Bowman Center but has continued to allow the same pro-LGBT and DEI programs to remain in operation.

The purportedly Catholic university quietly rebranded its former DEI center to the Sister Thea Bowman Center without an official press release earlier this month and notably omitted any mentions of diversity, equity, or inclusion on its new page. However, despite the changes, the Sister Bowman Center continues to host a pro-LGBT Gender Relations Center in addition to other DEI programs.

The name change comes amid the university facing investigations for its DEI initiatives from the Trump administration and Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita’s office.

“The Sister Thea Bowman Center exists to provide a welcoming environment where students can foster a culture of belonging and engagement at Notre Dame,” the Sister Bowman Center’s webpage says.

While emphasizing the center’s welcoming environment, there is no longer an explicit mention of DEI initiatives. The “About” page also makes no mention of the Sister Thea Bowman Center’s original name, only that in began in 2022.

The former DEI center is now named for Sister Thea Bowman, the first African American nun to join the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration.

Despite its new name, the Sister Thea Bowman Center continues to host several DEI student programs such as the Gender Relations Center (GRC).

The Gender Relations Center, in alignment with Notre Dame’s supposed Catholic identity, is “committed to the spiritual, emotional, and intellectual development of all students,” per its mission statement. The GRC has four main focus areas, including one on “LGBTQ and Allies.”

“The LGBTQ and Allies focus area supports peer education about allyship, accompaniment, and cultivating community,” its page states. “In doing so, it opens up room for conversation about how to create a more robust sense of belonging at Notre Dame and beyond for LGBTQ students, allies, and all people.”

While those with same-sex attraction or who identify as “transgender” shouldn’t necessarily be excluded from Catholic universities like Notre Dame, the site fails to mention the Church’s teaching on homosexual acts or gender ideology.

The Catechism of the Catholic Church teaches that “homosexual acts are intrinsically disordered” and “contrary to the natural law” and that the homosexual inclination is “objectively disordered.” The Catechism is very clear that homosexual activity can never be approved and repeats that “(h)omosexual persons are called to chastity.” Homosexual acts are mortal sins; therefore, anyone who commits these sins and does not repent through the sacrament of confession is in danger of hell.

The Catechism also teaches that there are only two genders: male and female and that “(e)veryone, man and woman, should acknowledge and accept his sexual identity.”

The GRC’s “LGBTQ and Allies” section is partnered with the campus’s “LGBTQ” ministry, which also omits any message of Catholic teaching on gender ideology or same-sex attraction but stresses that “all are welcome” on its webpage. They also have a partnership with PrismND, the campus’s official “LGBTQ+” organization for undergraduates, that dons a rainbow flag and shamrock on its homepage.

The Gender Relations Center also has DEI sections on “Gender and Intersectionality” and “Masculinites and Authenticity,” which featured a program this past spring called “Fostering LGBTQ Allyship Across Campus.”

While it has been long regarded as the most prominent Catholic university in America, Notre Dame has increasingly failed to live up to its professed religious identity. Some of the university’s most notorious violations of Catholic principles include participation in LGBT “Pride” Month, mandating COVID-19 vaccines despite their use of fetal cells from aborted babies, insuring abortifacient birth-control methods, inviting pro-abortion former president of Colombia Juan Manuel Santos to deliver its 2023 commencement address, and hosting a drag show.

The sudden office name change appears to be a result of pressure from both the federal and state governments over the university’s DEI practices.

In March, as part of its crackdown on the use of DEI initiatives in higher education, Trump’s Department of Education named Notre Dame, whose provost John McGreevey has underscored that DEI is considered of equal importance with the Catholic faith in its hiring process, among 45 colleges it was probing for alleged racial discrimination in its DEI initiatives.

Two months later, in May, Rokita launched his own investigation into Notre Dame’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies over concerns the policies violate civil rights laws.

“Publicly available materials suggest that various aspects of Notre Dame’s operations may be governed by University policies that treat individuals – including students, prospective students, faculty, staff, and job applicants – differently based on the individuals’ race or ethnicity; employ race in a negative manner; or utilize racial stereotyping,” Rokita wrote in a letter to university president Father Robert Dowd.
