Globalist Polish prime minister attempts coup as police seize tribunal!!!
"(LifeSiteNews) — Chaos erupted in Poland last night as globalist forces aligned with the European Union attempted a “coup” on the eve of Poland’s busiest religious festival.
On October 30, armed police occupied Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal in Warsaw, allegedly sent there by Prime Minister Donald Tusk, the globalist Eurocrat who is currently the leader of the Polish government. As prime minister, Tusk should not control either this top constitutional court or the presidency.
As Friday night’s constitutional crisis unfolded, Poland’s head of state, President Karol Nawrocki — who was mid-flight on a trip to Senegal — ordered his plane to turn around. He returned to Warsaw where he pushed his way into the nation’s constitutional court, ground zero for the attempted coup.
“At such a moment, the President must be in Poland,” Nawrocki posted on X. “I’m interrupting my flight to Senegal. I’m returning.” His declaration quickly went viral, amassing more than 11 million views around the world in less than 24 hours.
A video posted on X shows President Nawrocki pushing his way through a sea of police in riot gear and straddling a wall and wrought iron fence to the Constitutional Tribunal building.
Nawrocki later issued a statement saying that “a violation of the constitutional order of the Republic of Poland occurred, along with the forcible takeover of a constitutional state organ.”
Łukasz Bernaciński, Ph.D., director of pro-life legal institute Ordo Iuris’s Department of Constitutional Studies, reported that “Under the cover of night and in the absence of the President of the Republic of Poland from the country, the police have forcibly taken control of the empty Constitutional Tribunal building.”
“We call upon all fellow Poles, at the moment of the gravest constitutional crisis in the history of the Third Republic of Poland, to stand in defence of the constitutional order and to repel the coup d’état,” Ordo Iuris urged.
Poles obeyed. Demonstrators confronted the helmeted police, who brandished shields, outside the building. According to reports, at least three were arrested.
Ordo Iuris expressed its “gravest concern at, and firm opposition to, the forcible takeover of the seat of the Constitutional Tribunal (Trybunał Konstytucyjny) by the police. This operation, carried out under cover of night and while the President of the Republic of Poland was abroad, constitutes an unprecedented assault on a constitutional organ of the State and strikes at the very foundations of the Polish constitutional order.”
“Police officers took control of the empty building of the Tribunal and have since been denying the Tribunal’s security staff, the Vice-President of the Tribunal and its Director entry to the premises,” Ordo Iuris reported amid the turmoil. “Inside the building is Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, a person elected by the Sejm to the office of judge of the Constitutional Tribunal who has not taken the oath of office before the President of the Republic, as the law requires before a term of office may commence. She has signed an order under which she herself is to ‘act in place of” the lawful President of the Tribunal for the duration of his de facto suspension.’”

According to Polish newspaper W Polityce, Rozwój Plus (Ed: “Development Plus”), a parliamentary group founded in 2026 by former Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, is calling for the dismissal of Tusk and his replacement with Marek Jurek, the ex-Speaker of the Sejm.
Fox News host Laura Ingraham urged Americans to “watch what the globalists are trying to pull in Poland.” In a graphic, she outlined a five-step plan she believes is now being executed in Poland:
- Forcefully takeover the Constitutional Tribunal
- Oust the President of Poland
- Takeover Poland’s Central Bank
- Introduce the Euro
- Hand over Poland’s gold to the bank in Frankfurt.
“This is not a conspiracy,” noted Ingraham’s graphic. “This is a plan.”
Today, October 31, the Bishop of Świdnica, a city in southwestern Poland, asked Poles to pray for their homeland in this time of crisis.
“In light of the difficult and dangerous social situation unfolding around the Constitutional Tribunal, the Bishop of Świdnica calls on the faithful of the Diocese of Świdnica to pray humbly for the homeland,” wrote Father Marcin Januszkiewicz on X, and continued:
“Let us call upon all the Polish saints and blesseds to intercede for our home. Let us repeat daily in the Jasna Góra Appeal: ‘I am here, I remember, I am watching,’ so that Mary, who has always been our unfailing support, may also at this time implore from her Son, Jesus Christ, the grace of peace, dialogue, mutual harmony, and reconciliation,” wrote the Bishop of Świdnica.’
“Mary has always known that nothing is impossible for God. Through her intercession—and that of the patron saints of our fatherland—let us pray for the unity of the Polish people, for respect for the law, and for social peace during this extremely difficult time for our Fatherland.”

August 26 – Donald Tusk publicly announces that he must be sure that “our judges will enter this building.”
September 4 – The Sejm elects Maciej Berek, a minister and Donald Tusk’s right-hand man, as a Constitutional Tribunal judge. Some MPs argue that this candidate does not meet the statutory formal requirements. Therefore, the President is postponing his oath of office until he presents documents confirming his qualifications.
October 14 – Berek illegally takes the oath before the Speaker of the Sejm instead of the President of Poland. The oath is invalid, but photos and the narrative circulate in the media.
October 19 – The media, according to sources close to the Prime Minister, reveals that “each judge elected in the current term has a role and clearly defined tasks to perform within the Tribunal (…) The mastermind of the entire operation is Maciek Berek, who coordinates all actions, especially legal ones, with the judges.”
“They know exactly what options are on the table, what will happen and when. They also know what to do at what point.”
October 29 – The Deputy Chief of Police sends a letter to provincial police commanders ordering them to equip officers with machine guns and maintain combat-ready platoons until November 8.
October 30 – The State Security Service (similar to the Secret Service) ushers a person elected as a Constitutional Tribunal judge who has not yet begun his term into the Tribunal through a back gate, along with the police. The forceful phase of the attack on the Constitutional Tribunal begins.
