 If this is the case, then why hasn't Rome declared those new, faithful, bishops excommunicated and in schism?

If the SSPX has been declared "excommunicated" and in "schism" for consecrating four bishops, then why not the good Chinese -- underground -- bishops??

Keep in mind that the Chinese COMMUNIST Party are the monsters that "consecrate" "bishops" to take the place of the real Chinese bishops who have been forced, for the most part, underground, as long as Rome approves those who have been appointed, right?

You see, in reality, the communists appoint them anyway, regardless of what Rome says or does.

In effect, the faithful Chinese Catholics have been thrown under the bus, again, and ever since at least 2018, with the diabolical "deal" struck between Rome and Satan!

They say the "devil is in the details," and so it is when it comes to the horrendous appointments that Prevost (Leo) has made ever since he was "elected" as supreme pontiff, now well over a year ago, and that includes those commie "bishops"!!!!

"(LifeSiteNews) — An underground Chinese Catholic bishop claimed in a new report that “at least 10” underground bishops have been secretly consecrated since the signing of the Vatican-China deal to preserve the faith in Communist China.

During an interview with Catholic World Report (CWR) on the state of the Church in China published August 23, the underground bishop, who is unaffiliated with the official Chinese Catholic Patriotic Association and chose to remain anonymous, highlighted that “at least 10 new” underground bishops have been secretly consecrated in the Fujian region since the Sino-Vatican deal was codified in 2018 to ensure the faith’s survival during a “state of emergency.”

The bishop also noted the Vatican’s approval of CCP-selected bishops under the deal, underscoring how this has led Chinese Catholics to question the Vatican’s concern for them.

The bishop said that while the exact number of these secretly consecrated bishops for the underground faithful is unknown, he suggested it has been “at least 10 new bishops.” His Excellency also stressed that the secret consecrations began due to concerns that “the integrity of the Catholic faith will suffer” under increased government control as a result of the Vatican-China deal.

The officially secret Sino-Vatican deal signed in 2018 is believed to recognize the state-approved “church” in China and to allow the CCP to appoint bishops. The pope apparently retains veto power, though in practice the CCP has control. It also allegedly allows the removal of legitimate bishops and their replacement with CCP-approved bishops.

Thus, the deal makes it much easier for the CCP to force Chinese Catholics to conform to its ideology. The deal was most recently renewed in 2024 for a four-year term.

The underground bishop also told CWR that the Chinese faithful question the Vatican’s concern for their spiritual well-being given its recognition of CCP-selected bishops. His Excellency emphasized in particular the case of two priests, Father Wu Jianlin and Father Li Jianlin, who were “elected” as auxiliary bishops of Shanghai and Xinxiang during the papal interregnum last year.

After his election to the papacy, Pope Leo XIV recognized the men as bishops, which the underground bishop notes the Chinese faithful have not forgotten.

Pope Leo has continued to recognize the bishops selected by the CCP. Indeed, in July, the pontiff approved the consecrations of Joseph Chang Yanfeng as bishop of Inner Mongolia and of Francis Xavier Duan Yongkun as the ordinary of Bameng under the stipulations of the secret deal with the CCP.

In the roughly eight years since the Vatican signed its secret deal with China, several prominent Catholic prelates, including Cardinal Joseph Zen of Hong Kong, have sharply criticized the agreement. The 94-year-old cardinal once described the agreement as an “incredible betrayal” of China’s Catholics and even accused the Vatican of “selling out” the Chinese faithful.

“They’re giving the flock into the mouths of the wolves. It’s an incredible betrayal,” Zen told Reuters in 2018. “The consequences will be tragic and long-lasting, not only for the church in China but for the whole church because it damages the credibility.”'

(LifeSiteNews) — An Israeli court has cleared Yona Simcha Schreiber of criminal responsibility for a brutal attack on a French Catholic nun in Jerusalem, claiming he suffered from a debilitating mental condition at the time of the violent assault.

The Jerusalem Magistrate’s Court delivered the verdict on Wednesday in the case of the 36-year-old resident of the illegal West Bank settlement of Peduel, ruling that the assailant be hospitalized for up to six years.

On April 28, the Jewish settler brutally assaulted the petite nun—a researcher at the French School of Biblical and Archaeological Research—while she was identifiable by her religious clothing. With a running start he approached her and at a full stride slammed her to the ground, causing her head to strike the stone walkway, leaving her dizzy. Moments later he returned and kicked her as she remained down, then turned on a passerby who tried to stop the assault.

The Catholic nun sustained bruises to her face and leg and needed immediate medical attention.

This happened on Mount Zion near the Upper Room where Jesus Christ held the Last Supper with His apostles and instituted the Holy Eucharist. Video footage captured the violent incident.

Schreiber faced charges of committing an assault causing actual bodily harm motivated by hostility toward a religious group, plus common assault.

According to a report in the Jerusalem Post, Judge Ophir Tischler affirmed that the evidence proved Schreiber carried out the acts detailed in the indictment, but accepted the district psychiatrist’s claim that Schreiber “was psychotic at the time and could neither understand the nature of his actions nor stop himself from carrying them out,” and as a result, he was deemed not criminally responsible for the brutal assault.

According to the court order, Schreiber’s hospitalization—beginning August 24—can last no longer than six years, the maximum penalty tied to the most serious charge in the case.

However, this is not a set term, but merely serves as an upper limit of the assailant’s sentence. A psychiatric committee is free to authorize his earlier discharge if it decides his medical condition allows it.

After the prosecution initially leaned toward accepting an acquittal paired with hospitalization, it requested a brief postponement when the Catholic nun’s lawyer appeared at a hearing on Monday and stated she had not been properly informed of the psychiatric alibi.

The nun’s attorney, Zaki Sahlia, challenged the conclusions of the psychiatric report arguing that Schreiber’s choice to target the nun specifically, rather than others present, cast doubt on whether the supposed illness sufficiently explained the violence.

Sahlia further linked the episode to a wider pattern of harassment and attacks directed at Christian clergy in Jerusalem. At the concluding hearing he indicated the nun remained uncomfortable with the psychiatric alibi but accepted the court’s decision.

The ruling has been reported amid concerns over ongoing and escalating attacks by Jewish terrorist settlers against Christian Palestinians, their religious sites in Jerusalem and the West Bank, along with the broader Palestinian population, for which such criminals are routinely not held accountable by Israeli officials.

Hate crimes against Christians ‘mostly go unpunished,’ mental health alibi common

Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem Cardinal Pierbattista Pizzaballa has publicly linked this ongoing rise in aggression to the political climate under Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s current government, which was formed in late 2022.

In the spring of 2023, the Franciscan cardinal stated that extremists “feel they are protected … that the cultural and political atmosphere now can justify, or tolerate, actions against Christians.” He described the frequency of such attacks against Christians as “something new” at the time.

Additionally, Church leaders have repeatedly complained that many perpetrators of such crimes face little or no accountability, with many of the assailants being treated as having mental health issues rather than deliberate malice.

In addition to the ongoing aggressions of Jewish settler terrorists against the Christian town of Taybeh in the West Bank, such anti-Christian hate crimes have included radical Jews attempting to assault an Orthodox bishop and priest during a Sunday morning Divine Liturgy, another smashing a statue of Jesus Christ at the Church of the Flagellation, radical Jewish gangs attacking Christian pilgrims and committing vandalism, the desecration of Christian cemeteries, the long-standing common incidents of their spitting on Christians, and on other occasions torching their churches.

Church leaders: Israeli officials regularly construe Jewish terrorists as ‘mentally ill,’ leaving them unpunished

Further, Church leaders continually emphasize that such crimes mostly go unpunished by the local Israeli criminal justice system, which leads to encouraging their escalation.

“We see that most incidents in our quarter have gone unpunished,” lamented Father Aghan Gogchian, chancellor of the Armenian Patriarchate. In his April 2023 statement, the priest went on to convey his disappointment that law enforcement authorities don’t prosecute the culprits of such anti-Christian hate crimes with the grave charges they deserve, but rather legally accommodate their crimes construing them as individuals suffering from mental illness.

“The police try to paint each attack as something isolated, and try to paint the attackers as mentally unstable,” Amir Dan, spokesman for the Franciscan Custody of the Holy Land, told The Times of Israel in March 2023. “In doing so, the police remove themselves from all responsibility.”

Yossi Eli, a Jewish Israeli journalist who dressed as a Catholic priest for a day and issued a 2023 report on the harassment he received from fellow Jews, completely rejected the common alibi advanced by Israeli officials in these cases, that their fellow Jews carrying out these crimes are “mentally ill.”

“Our investigation proved that the attacks are absolutely not the work of the mentally ill, but rather people with a clear mind who simply hate something they are not,” Eli reported in a tweet at the time. “They’ve been brainwashed to believe that Jesus is evil. Young extremists, children, and most tragically soldiers—’salt of the earth’—are expressing their hatred toward Christianity.”

Israeli ‘justice’ system ‘designed to create the appearance of accountability while preventing any real consequences’

Further corroborating the corruption of the criminal justice system in Israel is an April report from Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor which documents “systematic and widely practiced” sexual torture of Palestinian detainees as being “part of an organized state policy” in Israel receiving “full protection from the highest political, military, and judicial authorities.”

In presenting their findings relating to the complicity of Israeli officials in the justice system, this analysis stated that Israel’s court system “has not functioned as an effective mechanism for accountability.” Instead, “it has been historically and systematically employed to entrench impunity for crimes committed against Palestinians, effectively making the judiciary the first line of defense for Israeli violations and their perpetrators.”

Therefore, as echoed by at least some former and current members of Israel’s Knesset, the Euro-Med report argues the cover provided by the Israeli “justice” system establishes complicity with crimes committed against Palestinians, and that this is intentional:

The available data do not point to an incidental procedural failure or a lack of capacity, but rather a structural failure in the ‘will’ to conduct serious investigations and effective prosecutions, turning internal investigations into formal procedures designed to create the appearance of accountability while preventing any real consequences and ensuring the practical protection of the perpetrators and the chain of command, rather than seeking the truth or justice for the victims (author’s emphasis).

In further support of their findings, the human rights organization contrasts the enormous number of filed complaints against Israeli soldiers for crimes against Palestinians with the extremely low indictment rate that has historically “not exceeded 0.81 per cent.”

Dramatic case: Charges dropped against Israeli soldiers caught on video raping Palestinian detainee

In another even more dramatic case, five Israeli soldiers who were indicted in 2025 after video was leaked to the public showing them violently raping a male Palestinian detainee at Sde Teiman, had all charges against them dropped five months ago in March.

Their brief arrests for the grave sexual violence sparked illegal settler factions to riot in their defense and storm the facilities where they were being held at the time. It also prompted a debate in a Knesset committee where one Israeli MP fiercely argued that it is acceptable to rape Palestinian detainees or torture them in any other way.

According to the case’s indictment, the victim sustained broken ribs from the beating he received, a punctured lung, and an internal rectal tear for which he underwent surgery.

After the charges against the rapists were dropped, Israeli war chief Israel Katz apologized to them for the “injustice” they endured, and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called the allegations a “blood libel.” Since their indictment, they have enjoyed celebrity status in a nation where at least 75 percent of Jewish Israelis indicate support for the Gaza genocide, believing “there are no innocents in Gaza.”

During the final hearing in the case against Schreiber on Wednesday, the prosecution said it had fulfilled its obligations toward the assaulted Catholic nun, listened to her perspective, but sided against her in favor of the psychiatric opinion. Both the prosecution and the defense then jointly requested the court acquit the violent Jewish assailant.

“We hope the medical treatment will help him return to optimal functioning,” said Schreiber’s public defender, Idan Gamlieli. “It is important to note that we understand the complainant’s difficult feelings and wish her recovery from the consequences of this regrettable incident.”

"(LifeSiteNews) — Pope Leo XIV suggested that those who attended Traditional Latin Mass (TLM) before the liturgical changes after the Second Vatican Council participated as “strangers and silent spectators.”

In a general audience on Wednesday morning, Leo XIV concluded a catechesis series on Sacrosanctum Concilium, the Second Vatican Council’s Constitution on the Sacred Liturgy, by discussing alleged reasons for the so-called liturgical “reform.”

“When the Church carries out a reform of the liturgy — a constant process of development across the centuries — there is an important distinction to be made between the divine, immutable elements, and the human elements, which may undergo various modifications,” the pontiff said while reading a summary of his catechesis installment.

“The need arose for the faithful to celebrate the liturgies more consciously and actively, not ‘as strangers and silent spectators,’ but participating fully in the salvific mystery. In this way, the Christian people learn to recognize sacred realities, offer themselves with and through the hands of the priest, and become more open to receiving God’s grace,” said Leo XIV, as if the faithful did not “participate fully” in the Mass before the Novus Ordo Missae was promulgated.

Leo XIV borrowed the terms “strangers and silent spectators” from Sacrosanctum Concilium, which states, “The Church, therefore, earnestly desires that Christ’s faithful, when present at this mystery of faith, should not be there as strangers or silent spectators; on the contrary, through a good understanding of the rites and prayers they should take part in the sacred action conscious of what they are doing, with devotion and full collaboration.”

Liturgist and author Dr. Peter Kwasniewski has pointed out that the idea articulated in Sacrosanctum Concilium that “In the restoration and promotion of the sacred liturgy, this full and active participation by all the people is the aim to be considered before all else” is backward.

“It cannot escape our notice that this text turns things on their head,” Kwasniewski remarked in 2019. “Where Pius X had said that what should be ‘provided for before everything else’ is the ‘sanctity and dignity of the temple,’ Vatican II says that ‘the aim to be considered before all else’ is ‘full and active participation by all the people.’ In doing so, it inverts the hierarchy of goods. Now the worship of God and its right condition becomes secondary to the people’s involvement.”

The Mass is ordered primarily toward God as the unbloody Sacrifice and Offering of Christ to God the Father.

In addition, as Dr. Kwasniewski has previously pointed out, the idea that the faithful are merely “passive” during the Mass if they are silent is false, since one does not need to speak to pray, lifting the mind and heart to God.

Pope Leo XIV announced early this year that he would be beginning a catechesis series dedicated to “closely” studying the Second Vatican Council, which many priests and scholars have said is in need of correction."

To Hell With The FIRST COMMANDMENT! The Pachamama Church Prepares For Leo XIV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 I have been holding off on posting this article, but not only this article, there are many others, pointing to idolatry -- in this case, earth worship -- and the explicit violation of the FIRST COMMANDMENT.

But it is time to "face the music," then get on with what practicing Catholics must conclude about just who -- or what? -- is occupying the Chair of St. Peter!

The Church teaches that we must all be submissive to the Roman Pontiff, and I agree, but there comes a time for critical thinking and the use of God-given common sense that tells us that something is very amiss about the person holding that office.

The word scandal doesn't do justice to what practicing Catholics are faced with: massive scandal that seems to emanate from the Vatican, almost on a daily basis, in the person of Prevost -- and his regime (known to the world as Leo).

What can we do???

Resist and pray for the conversion of Prevost and his cabal of non-believing, anti-Christ office holders?

Is that really enough to sooth our rightly formed consciences??

I don't know, you tell me...

I, and others contend, that what we are experiencing is far worse than the Arian heresy, and the sacrifice of the great Saint Athanasius "against the world," and being "excommunicated" numerous times by the heretics!  Which, by the way, meant nothing, just in the same way as we are seeing those sanctions being used today!

Again, isn't that what we see happening to those who hold to Sacred Tradition and the perennial teachings of the true Catholic Church: being laicized, declared in schism, and excommunicated?

The world of the Catholic religion is being turned upside-down: evil is good, and good becomes evil!

Dogma is out, and the modernist revolution is now the norm for these false shepherds hell-bent on destroying the Church from within, not to mention attacks from without, e.g., church burnings and other forms of vandalism, an almost endless list of blasphemies and sacrileges, including the placement of the Holy Eucharist by un-consecrated hands into the unconsecrated hands of those receiving the Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Our Blessed Lord... 

This is part of the new "religion," built not on the Faith of our Fathers, but on man, "dignity," illegal immigration, earth worship, etc., all devoid of the Holy Ghost and Sanctifying Grace!

I repeat: What can we do???

Remarkable Story Of A Martyred Seminarian Who Evangelized His Muslim Kidnappers!

 Bishop Matthew Hassan Kukah of Nigeria recalls how seminarian Michael Nnadi was martyred after boldly preaching repentance and the Gospel to his Muslim kidnappers.

"(LifeSiteNews) — In a wide-ranging August 10 interview with Catholic World Report (CWR), Bishop Matthew Hassan Kukah of Sokoto, Nigeria, reflected on the vibrant faith of African Catholics even as he warned that the continent is not immune to the secular forces that hollowed out the Church in Europe.

Amid discussions of the Church’s enormous growth in Africa, the looming influence of materialism and ongoing insecurity for the faithful in his nation, the bishop returned to a personal story that illustrated how the strength of the Church is paradoxically forged in persecution: the martyrdom of an 18-year-old seminarian who boldly evangelized his Muslim kidnappers and, for this reason, was murdered.

“I have lost a seminarian, a young 18-year-old man who was kidnapped, along with three of his mates,” Bishop Kukah recounted. “After negotiations and payment of ransom, his three colleagues were freed, while he was murdered. As God would have it, the kidnappers were caught one year later, and they confessed that they killed him because, despite their guns and knowing they were Muslims, he insisted that they must repent of their crimes and return to God!”

That young man was Michael Ikechukwu Nnadi, a first-year philosophy student at Good Shepherd Major Seminary in Kakau, Kaduna State, Nigeria.

On the night of January 8, 2020, around 10:30 p.m., armed men in military camouflage breached the seminary fence, fired shots, stole phones and laptops, and abducted Nnadi along with three classmates — Pius Kanwai, 19; Peter Umenukor, 23; and Stephen Amos, 23. The other three were eventually released after ransom negotiations, though Nnadi was not.

Bishop Kukah, whose diocese Nnadi belonged to, announced the death on February 1, 2020, after the seminary rector identified the body.

“With a very heavy heart, I wish to inform you that our dear son, Michael was murdered by the bandits on a date we cannot confirm,” the bishop said at the time. “He and the wife of a doctor were arbitrarily separated from the group and killed.”

According to Kukah in a later interview, the doctor’s wife, Bolanle Ataga, was killed by the “leader of the gang because she refused to be raped by him.”

‘Who are we to mourn? Who are we to refuse this crown of honor and glory?’

Nnadi was buried on February 11, 2020, at the seminary after a funeral Mass celebrated by Bishop Kukah. In his homily, the bishop transformed grief into a proclamation of victory. He shared how Aid to the Church in Need had mobilized a global response.

“(The Aid to the Church in Need) sent me a message to say that when they asked people around the world to light a candle for Michael on the date of his burial, 2,436 persons from Afghanistan, Pakistan, United States of America, Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, Madagascar, South Africa, Congo, Mali, France, Spain, Turkey, Saudi Arabia responded,” he said.

“In the light of this, I wondered, who are we to mourn? Who are we to refuse this crown of honor and glory? We ceased to mourn for Michael thereon,” he said, adding he had decided to recognize the martyrdom as a great honor and victory for the Christian community.

“For us Christians, it would seem safe to say that we are all marked men and women today. Yet, we must be ready to be washed in the blood of the lamb,” the bishop continued at the time.

“We feel as if our son has been chosen to represent us in the national team of martyrs. Without fear, we will complete the journey he started because his memory will give us strength,” the bishop encouraged.

“We know that Michael’s strength will inspire an army of young people to follow in his steps. We will march on with the cross of Christ entrusted to us, not in agony or pain, because our salvation lies in your cross. We have no vengeance or bitterness in our hearts. We have no drop of sorrow inside us. We are honored that our son has been summoned to receive the crown of martyrdom at the infancy of his journey to the priesthood,” he added.

“May the Lord place him beside His bosom and may he intercede for us. If his blood can bring healing to our nation, then his murderers will never have the final say. May God give him eternal peace,” Bishop Kukah concluded.

Michael Nnadi’s legacy endures

In late April 2020, police arrested members of the gang with the captors admitting they killed Nnadi precisely because he persistently preached repentance and the Gospel to them, even knowing their identity as Muslims. Bishop Kukah later described the young man as having “the courage of a martyr.”

In honor of the young martyr, the bishop’s house in Sokoto was renamed Michael Nnadi House, and the bishops of the Kaduna ecclesiastical province approved a shrine in his honor at Good Shepherd Seminary, where his grave stands near the entrance as a silent witness. Bishop Kukah has expressed hope that the Church will one day formally recognize Nnadi as a martyr.

In this month’s CWR interview, the bishop returned to this story as living proof of his stated conviction that “the history of our Church is a history of innocent blood and martyrdom … We cannot fear them because our faith is built on the blood of martyrs.”'
