 "(LifeSiteNews) — Bill Gates, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, NATO chief Mark Rutte, and 14 others are defendants in a Dutch civil suit that seeks to hold them liable for the coordinated deception over COVID-19 shot safety. 

The significance of this courtroom drama cannot be overestimated: In the U.S., vaccine manufacturers enjoy blanket immunity from being sued over vaccine injuries and death. In the Netherlands, Big Pharma and COVID promoters such as Gates who stand accused of violating Dutch law and the Nuremberg Code in what amounts to genocide enjoy no such protection.

 “COVID-19 injections are lethal, or at least highly harmful to human health and fertility,” lead attorney Peter Stassen told the panel of three judges during the more than three-hour hearing. 

“These injections are a biological weapon,” declared Stassen. “Global deployment of this biological weapon can only take place through the unlawful deception of the public on a global scale.”

“The defendants are implementers of the ‘COVID-19: The Great Reset’ project and are GUILTY of this deception; they are therefore being sued individually in these proceedings,” he explained. 

“COVID-19 was not a disease; It was a project,” Stassen told a cheering crowd  outside the Leeuwarden, Netherlands, courthouse following today’s hearing. “They know we have crucial evidence which shows that this project, this whole COVID-19 narrative is fake.” 

“In the United States we cannot have justice because the perpetrators of COVID crimes are completely shielded from liability,” said expert witness Sasha Latypova. “This is already a victory because the court recognized there is a case to be had.”

“It not all ‘safe and effective,’” said Latypova. “It’s not ‘mistakes were made.’ It’s not ‘follow the science.’”

“They committed major, major crimes.  They lied to the people.  That’s the most important crime,” she alleged. 

“We’re standing here on behalf of the dead, the dying, and those that will die in the future,” said Dr. Joseph Sansone.

“Most people you know and love were poisoned with biological and technological weapons of mass destruction,” he continued. “Many of the people you know will have shortened lifespans because of these weapons.”

“They know what they did. They understand fear because they terrorized you.  What you need to do is get angry enough so that they understand the fear of what they just did to you and your families and that they will face justice!” exclaimed Sansone.  

In discussion about the trial podcast host Clayton Moore’s guest Tiffany Sains explained how Dutch law pierces the corporate veil, preventing defendants like Gates and the heads of giant pharmaceutical companies from hiding behind corporate liability shields.

“These companies and these government officials engaged in collusion with one another to deceive the public,” said Sains. 

“This is a product liability case. This is a case there they’re looking at individuals coordinating efforts to deceive the public, to inflame them, scare them, and ultimately put them in harm’s way,” she said. 

Lead plaintiff attorney Stassen is confident in the case that he’s brought before the Dutch court and the evidence that his team has amassed. 

“The judges have seen it. They know that the ‘COVID-19 vaccine’ is not a ‘vaccine’, but a biological weapon, and we have provided the evidence,” said Stassen. 

He later told journalist Gareth Icke that the judges are faced with two narratives, but only one can be true. “We are on the side of the truth.”'
