We want our Church back!!

About 2,000 years ago, an interesting incident took place somewhere in the Holy Land.  It seems that a Pharisee by the name of Saul of Tarsus, was heading overland to Damascus, Syria, to obtain more damaging information about the early Christians.  His chore: to bring those Christians to "justice."

As he, and his cronies, were approaching the famed city, an extremely bright light along with a loud sound as if a mini-whirlwind had encircled Saul, and knocked him off his donkey.  The men travelling with him were confused and scared, but they didn't see all that was affecting their companion, and they certainly didn't hear what Saul heard: (a voice from out of the clear blue sky) Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?

Saul was stunned beyond comprehension, then blinded.

He exclaimed something to the effect: who are you?  What do you mean I'm persecuting you?  I don't even know you?

All this while in sort of a drunken stupor, flailing around on the ground, reaching for thin air...

What was the source of the voice from above?  It was the "dead" Christ.

Saul wondered why he was accused of persecuting this Christ, when he never even met Him?

The point of this encounter was two-fold: one, this was the beginning of the transformation of Saul of Tarsus, to becoming St. Paul, the great Apostle to the Gentiles.  And, two, to indicate to Saul of Tarsus, that when he was persecuting the nascent Christian Church, he was, in reality, persecuting Christ Himself!

In other words, Saul had been persecuting Christ!  The Head of the Mystical Body, the Church.

Fast forward to today...

There is another persecution of the Church going on right now on a massive scale.  Not only from without, but also this time, from within by the very shepherds designated to lead the flock to their eternal destiny, but instead are scandalizing and corrupting their charges in the most heinous of ways: infidelity, in the form of sexual deviancy.  Not just personal sexual deviancy, but in many cases overt homosexual deviancy.

Information has come to light of a vast and widespread network of corruption and scandal among  some of the rotten apples in the clergy.  Of course, even the good guys wearing the Roman collar are now lumped in with the same rotting fruit that has fallen from the evil tree, confusing even more, the lay faithful.

Whom can they trust?  Whom can WE trust?

Let me now harken back to the now-converted Saul, renamed Paul, and with the "St." in front of his name...

It seemed there was a controversy bubbling just below the surface among the hierarchical structure of the new Christian Church, with Peter (St. Peter) concerning some of the old customs of the new Jewish converts, causing confusion -- and scandal -- between those very same Jewish converts and the Gentiles that had entered the Church.  Basically, should those old customs be carried over into the new Christian traditions?

St. Paul attempted to iron-out the controversy, but how?

By resisting St. Peter to his face (as reported in Scripture).

Remember, St. Peter had been a weak and sinful man who denied Christ not once, but three times.  And yet, Christ selected and appointed him to be the head of His Church!  It should be easy to see, that the reason for the Church in the first place, is for sinful men and women; the just have no need of penance.

The point of my short article is to point out that today we lay faithful and those clergy who abhor the vast scandal affecting the flock, and remain in solidarity with Scripture and Tradition, must fight those rotten apples and pray for their conversion or defeat.  Even if that means going all the way up to the pope; to resist him to his face!

We faithful Catholics want our Church back!

Right now, we are in a period of severe testing, perhaps like no other in its 2,000 year history.  Will the Church survive this crises?

The answer is YES!  How do I know?  Because we have Christ's own words: the gates of hell  will not prevail against it.

I ask those of good will to pray for the Catholic Church, and to pray of our country.

Reflections in The Wall...

Reflections in The Wall:

I was drawn to the black granite monolith known as The Wall,

Yet too far to see the names, but close enough to see people weeping.

For a moment, I stopped dead in my tracks: should I continue?  Could I take what I was about to see?

As I approached The Wall, I became smaller, and it became bigger.

Soon, I could see flowers, medals, Rosary beads, letters, and more people weeping…

Now in view were the names that for a time I could not see.

Turning to confront the names, I looked into The Wall…

There were my brothers looking back at me.

As I looked at their reflections, I saw myself standing with them.

Placing my hand on The Wall, I began to shiver as if I had a fever,

But it was a warm, sunny day.

I began to pray for my brothers in The Wall;

Selfishly, I began to pray for myself.

I am getting older by the day, but I’m alive, but those in The Wall are not.

Someday, my name, too, will be on The Wall.

Will anyone come to see me in The Wall?

Traitors.

Traitors; they come in all shapes and sizes, and in all institutions, and that includes the mess that has been revealed in the Catholic Church.

When it comes to those who betray their office, whether priest, politician, police officer, school teacher, etc., they scandalize, not only the people, but the institution as well, making people feel that the institution is corrupt, not just those involved.  Yet, if we follow this thinking, the logical conclusion would go something like this: people get divorced, so marriage is worthless, and is corrupt, and the institution of matrimony should be relegated to the trash bin of history.

Or, take for example, a police department of a small town, or a metropolis, it makes no difference, if a cop is on the take, the reputation of the good cops is smeared along with the miscreant.  But does that mean that all police departments should be done away with?

How about a politician who betrays his constituents by taking bribes, or is involved in other illegal activities, does that automatically condemn governance?

Then there is the public school teacher who takes advantage and abuses one of his or her students, should all public schools then be shut down because of one "bad apple"?

Or a priest that uses his Roman collar to take advantage of those under his spiritual charge, engaging in the most heinous activities against the vulnerable. (Keeping in mind that we are talking about homosexuals that are part of the "lavender mafia" within the Church, and must be rooted out and brought to justice.)  But does that mean that the priesthood is to be condemned and terminated?

On this subject, the difference between a corrupt priest (bishop, cardinal, etc.) and the Church itself must be made clear: the Church is spotless, holy, pure, yet is made up of sinners.  (I know, I'm one of those sinners.)  

But how can this be?  

The answer is "simple": the perfect Christ -- the divine Founder -- cannot be the Head of an imperfect body.  (Luther was wrong because he failed to make the distinction between sinners and the sinless Church.)

We are talking here about fallen, weakened human nature.  It is not, for the most part, the office or institution that is corrupt, but those sinful men and women who cause scandal and foster corruption within their respective offices.

One of the obvious results of the maleficence of office, is that those influenced by those who hold that office, will understandably lose faith or confidence in the office, and not just the person holding that position.   

And that is what scandal is all about.  We see this today in the Catholic Church; people leaving, or losing their faith, or going elsewhere.  But, as Christ questioned His Apostles: will you too walk away?  St. Peter answered: Lord, where else can we go, You have the words of eternal life... Remember, the gates of hell will never prevail against her...

Please pray for our country, and pray for peace.

The Media and the Stockholm Syndrome.

Does anyone remember Patty Hearst?   She was the heiress of the Hearst syndicate of newspapers giant, William Randolph Hearst.  She was kidnapped by the SLA (the Symbionese Liberation Army back in the 1970's) and actually -- and incredibly -- became the poster child for the Stockholm Syndrome.   

I remember she was photographed wearing military garb and carrying an AK, and appeared to willingly engage in criminal acts along with her captors!

But just what is the Stockholm syndrome?  

The definition: capture-bonding, is a psychological phenomenon described in 1973 in which hostages express empathy and sympathy and have positive feelings toward their captors, sometimes to the point of defending and identifying with the captors.

I contend that those folks who watch or read or listen to the mainstream media, have swallowed their bias, hook, line and sinker.  

Such people, in effect, have become as their "captors," and now show undying allegiance, empathy and sympathy regardless of the truth.  We can see this on a daily basis when it comes to reporting the "news," especially about our president, Mr. Trump.   

If someone can no longer discern what is true or false, and is infected with malice of forethought, just what kind of decisions can that person make regarding our basic rights, especially, the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness?

Remember Iraq?  How about Afghanistan?  Syria?  

We have been lied to time and again by the media, and now especially government sources, and convinced far too many people into seeking revenge of purported "attacks" on American soil.  So, we are told that we must defend our country.  I agree, if an enemy truly attempted to invade our nation.  Think, then, of all the sovereign countries that we have invaded and occupied, do those patriots have a right to defend themselves and kick us out of their country?  Or do we consider all other peoples inferior, and we must dictate to them what real "democracy" is, and imposing those "values" at all costs?

The very politicians that we have elected are the culprits; they have become the "mainstream media," and have created the lies that we have swallowed, hook, line and sinker, causing hundreds of thousands of deaths, and squandered uncountable amounts of money in the pursuit of "security" for our citizens.   

True Americans must resist the "Stockholm Syndrome" at all costs, and seek out the truth no matter where it leads, if not, we will be held accountable for our inactions, not just our actions!

Pray for our country, and pray for peace.

Complaining about the little things..

We all do, don't we?  Complain about little things, that is.

When you come right down to it, we should think hard about the important things in this short life, and do our best to make them better, applying whatever talents we have.

I guess I'm doing just a little bit of reflection this afternoon...

A short time ago (about 6:30pm), I took a phone call from one of our dear lady friends.  She reported the results of a biopsy that she had received just a few minutes before she called us.

The "verdict" was cancer of the lymph nodes and the breast.

Our friend doesn't yet know the extent of the cancer; she'll find out next Tuesday.  My wife and I told her she'll be in our prayers even more so than before.

This special lady is seventy-five-years-old, but you would never know it; positive and faith-filled.  She is the former probably because of the latter, as the two generally go hand-in-hand.

If there is to be suffering for this lady, knowing her the way we do, she'll offer it up for the sick, or the holy souls in Purgatory.  And she will also accept God's will in this new challenge on her ultimate journey.  This is not just my rambling, but her attitude as well.

I would ask those that may read this article to keep her in your prayers, and while you're at it, continue to pray for our country.

Is there going to be another false flag "9/11" before the midterm elections?

Remember, the globalists called for another Pearl Harbor BEFORE the 9/11 "attacks" occurred.

And they got it.

Now, there is a very real prospect for another "9/11" false flag "attack" just as we're getting into the voting mode for the midterm elections to be held in November.

Ironically, there is already another "9/11" going on as I'm writing this article!  

And you might ask yourself -- or me -- the who, what, when, where, how, and why of such an attack.  I'll give you the quick answer: the attack of the predators that have been wearing the Roman collar, and calling themselves priests -- and that goes for the bishops, cardinals, and all the way up to the top authorities in the Church.  As President Truman famously quipped: the buck stops here (on his desk!).

This attack has been going on for many decades, it is nothing new.  But at least the attention it deserves is finally coming to the surface, however, it is only the tip of the iceberg, and, as you know, the part of the iceberg that you see above the water is only a small percentage of what lies under the water.  In other words, the homosexual abuse scandal runs very deep in the ocean of debauchery and sin.

Some wonder: how can a Catholic priest, or the "higher-ups," commit these acts of sodomy and still have their flocks under their charge?  The "simple" answer is that a well-orchestrated cover-up was concocted and part of that horrendous scam meant that these miscreants were transferred to other parishes once their crimes were uncovered.  Now a priest is subject to his bishop so it is the ordinary of the diocese that was in cahoots with the "good-ole-boy" network, and helped to safeguard these predators, while leaving the vulnerable devastated with lives ruined beyond comprehension.

The news is filled with daily attacks on the Catholic Church, but without the distinction being made between the criminals and the Church herself.  As I have written in another post: Guilty until proven innocent?  August 28, 2018, in addition to the fact that the criminal predators are part of the human element of the Church, and the Church is composed of sinners, the Church herself is, however, perfect; holy.

Think about this scenario: the Church is rotten, yet Christ is still the Head of His Church?  Not so.

It is impossible for Christ to be the Head of a rotten body, only a perfect Body -- His Church.

And with all the current problems and scandals afflicting the Church, it will survive; we have Christ's promise that the gates of hell will not prevail against her.  That's not to say that she will not undergo severe testing and trials, as the gold is separated from the ore in the purifying fire of the furnace.

The faithful may not have the elaborate buildings, or expensive artwork, or uncountable cash, no, but we will have the Faith...

Pray for our country, and please use your good will to pray for the Church...

What really happened on "9/11"?

I can hear -- or see -- it now: here we go again, another conspiracy theory; a "non-believer"...

A non-believer in the official government report on what happened in New York City and the Pentagon on Sept. 11, 2001?

I admit it; I don't believe it.

Before I get into why I don't believe the "official" government report, let me just lay out a couple of facts that stick out like a sore thumb regarding the initial release of that report.

Remember Building 7?   How about Building 6?

Why wasn't 7 or 6 even mentioned in the initial, "official" government report?  After all, WTC 7 was a 47-story skyscraper, taller than many other buildings in major cities across the U.S.  And it wasn't even mentioned???

WTC 6 is another story altogether.  Have you ever seen a photo of 6?  The interior guts of the building are gone; disappeared!  How did that happen?

But let's get back to WTC 7...

There are many videos of 7 coming down.  So let's take a look at that video...

As can be seen, 7 comes crumbling down just as the demolition videos I used to watch on one of those cable channels.  The company responsible for bringing down an old or obsolete building would explain just how they would do it, then proceeded to bring it down with as little collateral damage as possible to nearby structures.

That's EXACTLY how WTC 7 came down; in its own footprint.  This is important, because that's how a demolition company would do it, plain and simple.  Keep in mind, that if a 47 story skyscraper fell on its side or slanted, so to speak, it would cause unbelievable collateral damage!

Seven was not hit by anything, and the fires that burned in some parts of the building were quite small; not hot enough to melt the steel superstructure that the rest of the building was built around.

The damage to building WTC 6 is quite unusual, as I mentioned earlier, and has never been explained.

If these data are not enough to get someone to doubt the government's report, then here are some other things to consider...

First, I was in the Strategic Air Command from October of 1965, to November of 1967.  During that time I witnessed many "alerts," by that I mean, I was directly involved in those alerts because I was responsible for guarding and protecting the B-52 bombers, and the KC-135 refueling tankers that would refuel those bombers in mid-air, if they were launched due to a real threat of nuclear attack from our then-main adversary in the "cold war," Russia.  During my time in SAC, there were many times that the bombers and tankers went airborne; we didn't know if it was the real thing, or just an exercise.  As the world now knows, they were all exercises.  Otherwise, I -- or you -- wouldn't be here!

How would we know in SAC, if there was an attack heading our way?  The North American Air Defense Command, better known by the acronym: NORAD.

NORAD was jointly run by us and the Canadians, and was the eyes and ears of SAC.

If NORAD saw everything that was launched across the globe, they also saw the aircrafts go off course and eventually hit the towers.  They reported up the chain of command, then to the civilian authorities.  (In the U.S., the civilian authorities have control over the military, not the other way around.)   To shorten this article, I'll just give a quick sequence of events from this point on...

If fighters were scrambled to take out the aircraft that were heading to the Twin Towers, or the Pentagon, they were directed elsewhere.  As history shows, either they did not do their job, or were told to "stand down."

Fighter jets are stationed on alert at various points around the country.  One of the main areas that has highly restricted air space is in the D.C. and Pentagon regions.  

The "aircraft" that hit the Pentagon wasn't intercepted either.  How come?  It seems the "jet" that went into that building made almost impossible maneuvers, as some experienced airline pilots have reported.

There are many other "anomalies" that surround this tragic event that make me call into question the entire scenario and the official report.

The curtailment of our freedoms and liberties had already been planned -- before the Twin Towers came down, and the Pentagon hit.  But that is a topic of discussion for another time...

In conclusion, I would like to relate an incident that took place around 2010, or 2011 regarding a commercial airliner that went off course, flying from D.C. to Denver.  As soon as this aircraft diverted from its scheduled route, and communications had been temporarily lost, two F-16 fighter jets were scrambled and sent up to "escort" the airliner until it landed at Denver.  The point here is that those jet fighters appeared on each wing of the commercial jet in less than five minutes.  Yet in 2001, no jets intercepted the rogue aircraft that hit the towers or the Pentagon.

Pray for our country, and pray for peace.
