The Actors...

 "Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.  Ye shall know them by their fruits... "Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.  Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them."  (St. Matthew 7; 15; 16; 19, & 20, King James Version.)

This admonishment from our Lord, or, should I say, His warning, is repeated twice within several verses.  This is done to make a point about those who pretend to love God and neighbor, but in reality, do neither.  They may "dress up" like sheep, but are more deadly than any disease that can make the body ill, or kill the body.  For these "sheep" can also kill the soul of the unsuspecting, or be misled into believing false doctrines that can lead to perdition...

In today's world, we have those ravenous wolves in the "sheep's clothing" of three-piece suits, dresses or skirts.  Many of these wolves are in politics; many claim to be Christian, and many more claim to be Catholic.  In the ecclesiastical realm, the men who wear the Roman collar have fallen into the trap of the spirit of the age, attempting to transform the Church from a divine institution of the reality of the Mystical Body of Christ, into something unrecognizable or even satanic...

Though most of the secularists and clergy have never been mentored by a professional acting coach, they are, nonetheless, good actors!  Their ability to lie right to your face -- with a straight face! -- can be so convincing, as to be worthy of an Academy Award!

Look at those politicians who want to makeover and transform the United States of America, into Amerika, mimicking the totalitarian regimes of Red Communist China, North Korea, and the war-torn African nation-states dominated by war-lords and drug-lords; whose hands are drenched in the blood of the innocent, especially the tiny lives of the pre-born.

For the most part, far too many in the hierarchy of the Catholic Church, as well as in some of the mainline Protestant denominations, are complicit by their silence or outright support for the hard left, socialist, new-world-order, domestic and foreign policy initiatives...

Their ability and willingness to sacrifice their immortal souls for power, position and influence in this life, is nothing short of astonishing!

Can they be that ignorant?

No.

It is not ignorance.

It is an act of the free will that chooses evil works over good; wrong instead of right.

These "actors" have learned their craft well and put their trust, not in the divine will of God, but in the enemy of the human race: Satan and his minions, seeking those whom they can devour and drag them into hell for all eternity...

How do we recognize bad actors?   One way is to stay grounded in prayer; we can't claim to love God and pray to Him daily, while at the same time serving Satan and all his works and pomp's.   

Another, and more important way that we can cling to God's love and promises -- His body and blood, soul and divinity -- is to receive the Bread of Life in the Holy Eucharist (see St. John, Chapter Six, KJV).  (This is especially directed at my Protestant friends whom I love!)

By their fruits you shall know them...
